He was predeceased by: his father Dennis Paul Mikulin; his father-in-law Ernest Zboril; his grandparents, John J Mikulin, Laura Lambrecht Mikulin, Woodrow Spacek and Georgia Tydlacka Spacek; his uncle James Spacek; and his cousin Sebrina Feuerlein.
He is survived by: his mother Charlotte Spacek Mikulin of Dime Box; his son Bryan Betts Mikulin; his wife Gina Zboril Mikulin; his siblings, Amy Mikulin of Columbus, Paula Garcia (Jorge) of Laredo, Jaime Aguilar (Isreal) of Dime Box and William Mikulin (Latosha) of Dime Box; his mother-in-law Carylon Zboril of Deanville; and his siblings-in-law, Donna Zboril of Deanville and Carl Gammage (Anita) of Caldwell. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins.
