He was predeceased by: his parents, Rudolph Supak and Lydie Supak. He is survived by: his children, Wesley Supak (Patricia) of Caldwell and Whitney Townsend (Brian) of Cypress; his grandchildren, Levi, Aubrey and Mackenzie; and his siblings, Ronnie, Rudolph, Glenn, Roger, Lonnie, Vera Kay and Kalyenn. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, family, and friends.
