He is survived by: his brother-in-law Bob Zavodny; his wife Gail Urbanovsky (Owens); his daughters, Karen (David Sebesta) and Renee (David Kindt Jr.); his grandchildren, Rikki, Lance Sebesta, Breanna, Kristoffer and Kevin Kindt; his stepdaughters, Heather and Kyle Albrecht; his stepgrandchildren, Cooper and Cameron; his stepdaughter Ashley Zavodny; his siblings, John Urbanovsky, Leonard (Francis Urbanovsky), Ernest (Ava Urbanovsky), Eugene (Martha Urbanovsky), Joann Schrader and Carol Brumley; and his sister-in-law Ethel Zavodny. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
