He is survived by: his parents, Naubert "Taz" and Jane Willoughby of Caddo Lake, TX; his pets, Max and Beaux; his wife Tina Willoughby of Caddo Lake, TX; his father-in-law Billy Joe Smith; his son Justin Cobb (Jordan) of Naples, TX; his sister Melissa Whatley (Doug); his siblings-in-law, Jo Lynne Hembree, Jackie Smith and Barry Smith (Karen); his grandchildren, Carlee, Kason, Braylee and Brynlee; and his nieces, Kayla Wendell, Amanda Whatley and Sarah Whatley. He is also survived by numerous other nieces, nephews and many good friends and other relatives.
