She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Crumly and Ellen Crumly; her daughters, Christina Marie Lewis and Becca Adam; and her siblings, Johnny Riley and Charmaine Cummons.
She is survived by: her husband Edgar Creagh; her children, Christopher Lewis, Georgia O'Neal, Kelly and Bryan Creagh; her grandchildren, Ryan Lewis, Taylor White, Alexis Gray, Caleb Nichols, Kelsi O'Neal, Elizabeth Creagh and Ashynn Creagh; her great grandchildren, Ayden Lewis, Delilah Lewis, Scarlett O'Neal and Robin Peugh; her niece Amber Clark; and her nephews, Patrick Cummons and Blake Cummons.
