She is survived by: her husband James Kolb; her son Jim Kolb; her daughter-in-law Dianne; her daughters, Jackie Tingle and Jill Epperson; her grandchildren, Jennifer Kolb, Jim Kolb, Kenny Tingle, Jessica Williams, Aaron Epperson and Ashley Epperson; her siblings, Robert Duda and Margaret Morgan; and her sister-in-law Christine Duda. She is also survived by six great grandchildren; one great great grandchild.
