He is survived by: his wife Rose; his children, John Arthur (Susan), Donna Lorraine DeHart (Tom), Steven Allen (Mary Ann), George Kevin (Connie) and James Matthew McMahan (Kelly); and his grandchildren, Lillie (Brad), Daniel (Vivian), Johnna (Brad), Traci (Justin), Crystal (Jeff), Leslie (Luis), Michael (Kaylyn), Christopher (Emily), Katie (Josh), Shawna, Marissa, Macey (Collin) and Curtis.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be sent to benefit the Paradise Church Building Fund, a cause undoubtedly close to Jay's heart, ensuring his spirit of giving continues to inspire others.
