He was predeceased by: his parents, Peggy Lorene Maggard (Smith) and Troy Maggard; his brothers, David and Darrell; his nieces and nephews, Cindy, Kendall, Johnny and Alfred; and his sister-in-law Debbie.
He is survived by: his son Troy Eugene Maggard (Tori) of Burleson; his siblings, Barry, Bob Maggard and Shelley Maggard; his daughter Joyce Rawlins (Mike) of Bynum; and his grandchildren, Taylor Parker (Caleb) of Burleson, Haley Maggard of Burleson, Caden Maggard of Burleson, Caleb Maggard, Matthew Rawlins of Bynum, Vannessa Cisneros (Daren) of Itasca, Barren Parker and Charlotte Ann Parker. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
