She is survived by: her spouse Johnny Choate; her children, Bryan Choate (Cindy) and Derrald Choate (Debbie); her grandchildren, Buck Bodie, Cody Choate and Crystal Hermesmeyer; her sister Norma Kelly (James); and her sister-in-law Alice Gordon (Harry). She is also survived by aunts; and numerous nieces and nephews.
