He was predeceased by: his parents, William Bert and Ethel Chumley (Norman); and his siblings, W. P. Chumley, Jim Chumley, Larry Chumley, Dorothy Chumley, Betty White and Shirley Combs.
He is survived by: his wife Pansy Chumley of Byers; his children, Charles Chumley (Roslyn) of Thornberry, Connie Robbins (Johney) of Anderson and Beverly Byas (Brandon) of Wichita Falls; and his sister Joyce Monroe of Tennessee. He is also survived by ten grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren.
