He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert "Bob" and Dixie Bozarth (Dean); and his brothers-in-law, Garner, Virden Turner, Bob Ford and Daniel Boone.
He is survived by: his wife Carrie Lynn Thomason; his children, Cody and Abby; his daughter-in-law Sara Bozarth of Richmond; and his sisters, Joy Boone of Houston, Gaylene Turner of Oklahoma and Brenda Ford of Wyoming. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Honorary pallbearers are members of the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo DA's.
At the family's request, in lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be given to Hospice Brazos Valley.
