He was predeceased by: his father Paul Chapdelaine; and his grandfathers, Bill Chapdelaine and Larry Duty. He is survived by: his wife Staci Chapdelaine (Rooker); his sons, Max and Luke Chapdelaine; his mother Stacy Chapdelaine-Mills; and his siblings, Elizabeth, Amanda, Seth, Adam and Amelia Chapdelaine.
