He was predeceased by: his parents, Rudolph Charles Fincke and Philomena Mello Fincke (Fannie); and his brothers, Ray M. Garza and Tony M. Garza. He is survived by: his wife Deborah K; his sister Linda Boucher Christensen (Carl Christensen); and his children, Shanell Parker (Chet Parker), Staci Villegas, Kellie Roberts, Kimberly Fincke, Shannon Delbello, Melissa Meurer (Jeremy Meurer), Tonya Ng (Alex Ng) and Allen Petty. He is also survived by 20 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren.
