He was predeceased by: his parents, Cecil Samford and Mildred Samford. He is survived by: his wife Donna Lee Samford; his children, Robby Samford, Denise Esper and Vicki Davidson (Galen); his brothers, Gary Samford (Sharon) and George Samford (Mona); and his grandchildren, Elizabeth Esper, Taylor Mullins, Colton Davidson, Ella Davidson and Jordan Samford.
