She was predeceased by: her parents, W. R. Bell and Pauline Bell; her spouse G. T. "Rusty" Walters; and her siblings, R. L. Bell and Opal Townley.
She is survived by: her children, Sherry Walters Buck (Greg) and Blake Walters (Joyce); her grandchildren, Aaron Buck (Martha), Cody Walters and Krystal Buck Winkler (Mickey); and her great grandchildren, Layla and Emmy Winkler. She is also survived by loving nieces and nephews.
