He is survived by: his wife Loree 'Kim Cathey Rath of Kerrville, TX; his sisters, Bobbi Smith (Stan) of Falls Church, VA, Jennifer Sonne (Jeff) of Avilla, IN and Elizabeth Anthony (John Rivard) of Buda, TX; his stepdaughters, Katie Mae Hebert and Chelsey Rae Hebert; and his brother-in-law Frank Cruz III. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews as well as their children, cousins.
