He was predeceased by: his parents, Elizabeth Ketchum and Pete Ketchum; his son James Michael Ketchum; his son-in-law Gayland Kee Miller; his siblings, Ollie, Elvin, Lee, Lonnie, Howard and Marie; and his brother-in-law Albert Hyman.
He is survived by: his daughter Elizabeth Kay Miller; his wife Jeannine Ketchum; and his sister Louise Hyman. He is also survived by Numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and extended family.
