He was predeceased by: his parents, Roger Vernon, Sr. and Helen Mexia Anderson; his stepfather Don Hyde; and his brother Roger Butler, Jr.. He is survived by: his sister Janice Butler; his son Jack Boggs Butler (Denise) of Keller Texas; his wife Cissy; his daughter Camilla Houy (Bill); his granddaughters, Patti, Jen, Julia of Haslet and Nikki (Alec Heierman); and his sister Janice Mills of Bossier. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
