He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Vaughan and Mary Vaughan; and his sister Sarah Dawson. He is survived by: his stepbrother Jack Vaughan; his wife Joyce Vaughan of Burnet; his children, Gloria Vaughan of Burnet, Bobby Vaughan of Burnet and Tim Vaughan (Punnee) of Bastrop; his grandchildren, Tristen, Hailey, Brooke and Mason; and his siblings, Chuck Vaughan (Cindy) of Berea, Ohio. and Mary Vaughan of Ohio. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
