He is survived by: his girlfriend Teresa Cantwell; his son Matthew Wayne Ferguson (Talia); his grandsons, Austin Matthew Ferguson and Jacob Christopher Ferguson; his siblings, Jerry Perkins and Chantelle Wolfe (Doug); and his nieces and nephews, Aubree Coats (Kurtis), Kimbra Thomas (Zack), Bailee Porter, Steven Sharp, Ryan Clark, Xander Clark (Andrea), Summer Clark and Ashton Knowles (Emma). He is also survived by nine great nieces and nephews, along with numerous cousins.
