He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Rice and Ruby Rice (Miller). He is survived by: his wife Mary Rice (Rohda); and his children, Steve, Jeff (Phyllis) and Tammy (Gary Chart). He is also survived by six grandchildren and nine great grandchildren.
In remembrance of Ralph's life, the family asks that any charitable donations be made to the Racine County Fair or Town of Burlington Fire Department.
