He was predeceased by: his brother Eric; his uncle Peter; and his stepfather Paul Hoffman. He is survived by: his parents, Cindy Hoffman and Bob Hoffman (Edith); his siblings, Adam (Kim), Jon Paul Hoffman and Mandy Ahler (John); and his stepsiblings, Everett Colson and Jennifer Colson.
Memorial donations suggested to the National Multiple Sclerosis Society in Neil's honor.
