He is survived by: his former wife Ellen Johnson; his wife Ellen Leitheusser; his children, Jean Otter (Brad), Julie Moen (Jeff) and Jon Leitheusser; his grandchildren, Jake (Rachel), Mitch, Nick, Grant Otter, Jesse, Reid and Brett Moen; his sisters, Renate Euler (Walter), Monica Kliewe and Ellen Krohn (Jochen); and his brother-in-law William "Bill" Johnson (Sue). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
