He was predeceased by: his father Edward I; and his sister Elizabeth Schroyer. He is survived by: his daughter Brittnay Hinzpeter; his mother Elizabeth "Betty" Hinzpeter; the mother of his child Sherry Brunner; and his siblings, Fred Hinzpeter (Louise) and Diane Frey (Jerry). He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
