It is with great sadness that we announce the death of William Thomas Owens (Burleson, Texas), who passed away on June 26, 2019, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, James Jefferson Owens and Willie "Dutchie" Gold; his wife Zoe Ann Mathews; his sons, Dwain and Billy; and his siblings, Jimmy, Frank and Grace.

He is survived by: his daughters, Karen McFarland and Jada Iglesias; and his brother Richard of Odessa. He is also survived by five grandchildren, 13 great-grandchildren, and one great-great-grandchild.
