He was predeceased by: his parents, William Osborne Blaylock Sr. and Esther Clyde Blaylock (Roberts); his daughter Brenda Gayle Bush; and his grandchildren, William Robert Bush, Susan Denise Bush, Claire Alice Martin, Charlotte Lynn Martin and Catherine Elizabeth Martin.
He is survived by: his wife Barbara Alice Blaylock; and his son Ronald Clyde Bush. He is also survived by twenty one grandchildren; twenty six great grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
