He was predeceased by: his parents, Urban Herrick and Rosella Herrick (Glenz); his wife Mary Herrick of Burleson, Texas; his daughter Stacie Herrick of Fort Worth, Texas; and his brothers, Larry and Clifford Herrick of Wisconsin.
He is survived by: his daughter Kim Chancey (Linda Wright); his grandson Cayden Lynn Chancey; and his siblings, Art, LaWanda, Lavonne, Clayton and Carl.
