He is survived by: his wife Barbara; his children, David (Hollie), Debi Pistokache, Denise Swaim (Walter) and Danielle Boutwell (Chad); and his siblings, Jacqueline Johnson, Danny, Kenneth (Brenda) and Bob. He is also survived by many grandchildren and great grandchildren, nieces, and nephews, cousins.
