He was predeceased by: his parents, Clyde Rutherford and Neva Hedgcoth Rutherford; and his brother Darrel Rutherford. He is survived by: his brother Bob Rutherford (Jeanne); his children, Cari Rutherford, Gina Engler, Eric Rutherford and Jamie Rutherford; and his grandchildren, Jeané (Arthur), Collin (Kylie), Dillon and Laney. He is also survived by 6 great grandchildren.
