She was predeceased by: her parent Jesse Sullivan; her husband Billy V. Woodall; her son Billy D. Woodall; her mother Martha Sullivan; and her siblings, Emma, Ethel, Edith, Eleanor, Jesse, Haskell, Earl and Lawrence.
She is survived by: her daughters, Carolyn Childs (Bud), Jo Hayes (Kenneth) and Jerrie McKennon (Phil); and her sister-in-law Evelyn Muse. She is also survived by 8 grandchildren and numerous great grandchildren.
