He is survived by: his wife Geneva Groom; his stepdaughter Stephanie Weidman; his cousin Norma Harrod; his son John Groom; his daughter-in-law Johnna; his grandchild Lygia Lovelace; his brother Ron Groom; his grandson Quinton Weidman; his granddaughter-in-law Tatyana; and also, Kevin Weidman, Barbara Chapman and Glen Chapman.
