We are sad to announce that on March 13, 2023, at the age of 93, Stanley Sheldon Gomer Jr. of Burleson, Texas, born in Fort Worth, Texas passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Stanley Sheldon Gomer Jr. to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Ocie Felts Gomer and Stanley S. Gomer, Sr.; his siblings, Edgar "Bill" Gomer and Helen Gomer Schluter; and his wife Wanda Gomer.
He is survived by: his significant other Wanda Springer; his children, Dr. Wes Gomer (Charles Shelton), Vicki Jeannine Crouch and Stanna Ruth Casner (Craig); his grandchildren, Leslie Cook, Jason Crouch, Colt (Camilla), Clayton and Kyra Casner; his great grandchild Emery Cook; and his sisters-in-law, Judy Springer and Mae Gomer. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended church family and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made in honor of Stanley S. Gomer to the Cumberland Presbyterian Church Missions Ministry Team, 8207 Traditional Place, Cordova, TN 38016-7414.
