She was predeceased by: her parents, Nolen Clark and Kate Clark. She is survived by: her husband Mike Blake of Burleson, TX; her brother Tracy Clark of Pensacola, FL; her daughter Courtney Shea Werner (Greg) of Athens, TX; and her grandchildren, Luke Geist, Avery Werner and Kaden Werner. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial donations be made to an animal rescue of choice.
