She was predeceased by: her parents, Karsell Wagin Bates and JuanaLynn Bates; and her son Gary Karsell Allen. She is survived by: her husband John M. Allen III; and her children, Mike Allen, Tim Allen (Sandra) and Debra Osborn (Jimmy). She is also survived by 16 grandchildren, and 9 great-grandchildren.
