He was predeceased by: his parents, Cecil Douglas and Mary Frances Douglas; his brother Steve Douglas; and his children, Bobby Douglas and Tina Douglas.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Brown Douglas; his daughters, Terri Bennett (Richard), Toni Cook (Michael) and Traci Jakob (Michael); and his stepdaughters, Brenda Crowell and Donna Bird (Warren). He is also survived by eleven grandchildren, and a host of great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and multiple foster children.
