He was predeceased by: his father Bobby W. Cook; and his sister Donna L. Cook. He is survived by: his mother Joyce Cook; his sisters, Deborah Marek-Beberstein and Joyce Cook-Little; and his children, Bailey Cook and Robert Cook Jr.. He is also survived by two grandchildren, numerous extended family and loving friends.
