He is survived by: his father Maci Betteridge (Michael Amerin Betteridge); his siblings, Luke, Reighlynn, Makenna and Evelynn; his grandparents, Mike and Belinda Betteridge; his great-grandparents, Mary Yardley Gillock, Fred and Mary Middlebrook; his aunts and uncles, Magen, Ashlin, Justin, Austin, Brody and Alexa; and his cousins, Zaylor, Foster, Tristin, Kaycin, Brandylin, Waylon and Aubrey.
