He was predeceased by: his parents, William W. Lewis and Lydia M. Bixler Lewis; and his brothers-in-law, Thomas Miller and Roger Uphoff. He is survived by: his wife Devin Lewis of Burleson, TX; his daughter Maggie Mendenhall (Mikel) of Colorado Springs, CO; his stepdaughter Abbey Walk (Greg) of Effingham, IL; his sisters, Lana M. Miller of Shelbyville, IL, Judy L. Uphoff of Lovington, IL and Phyllis D. Allen of Mode, IL; and his grandchildren, Rendyn and River Dawson.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be given to the Shelby County Dive Team and mailed to Howe and Yockey Funeral Home, 415 N. Broadway, Shelbyville, IL 62565.
