He was predeceased by: his parents, Lammert and Milken; and his brother Lammert. He is survived by: his daughters, Jenny and Kristi; his wife Suzy; his children, Jennifer Elise Estes (Todd) of Sherman, Kristine Renee Munleeuw (Steve) of Fort Collins and Keith Arrington Nolan; and his grandchildren, Emily Estes, Nicholas Estes, Justin Munleeuw, Wyatt Munleeuw, Colby, Landon and Vivienne.

Memorials may be made to St. Gabriel Hospice of Fort Worth, Texas.
