She was predeceased by: her parents, Betty Mae Basye and Roland Cook. She is survived by: her husband Karl Wayne Mote; her children, Kevin Wayne Mote (Jessica), Clinton Matthew Mote (Alyssa), Christopher Lee Mote and Casey Alan Mote (Ashley); her grandchildren, Cody, Spencer, Corey, Brendon, Riley, Caeden, Kaydence, Anderson, Kailee, Daniel and Asher; and her sisters, Julie Austin (Eric) and Tina Beettner. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and a number of other family members and friends.
