He is survived by: his daughter Sylvia Fortson; his grandchildren, Nathan Vijil (Christina), Jami, Eric Sifford and Jayson Fortson; and his great grandchildren, Caleb Vijil, Logan Vijil, Amoura Vijil, Cali Fortson and Jax Fortson. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and other relatives.
