He was predeceased by: his father Oscar Bell; his brother Charles Bell; and his granddaughter Aubrey Bell. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Bell; his mother Billie Bell; his sons, Aron Williams (Megan), Nick Bell (Kacey), Matt Bell (Kathy) and Chase Williams (Laura); his grandchildren, Nash Williams, Ebenezer Bell, Emma Bell, Matthew Bell, Elizabeth Bell, Bennett Bell and Easton Williams; and his siblings, Howard Bell (Rose), Carolyn Bell (John), Melinda Arauco (Rodolfo) and Roger Bell (Sindy).
In-lieu of flowers donations can be made on Carl's behalf to Meals on Wheels of Tarrant County.
