She is survived by: her children, Greg Coontz (Donna) and Cathy Frederick (Ned); and her grandchildren, Lindsey Coontz, Rachel Coontz, Brooke Frederick, Hayden Frederick (Megan) and Corbin Frederick.
A memorial fund has been set up with Burleson Area Retired School Employees in her name.
