She is survived by: her son Elijah James; her parents, Angi Ellis of Fort Worth, Texas and Michael Cuiksa (Cheryl); and her siblings, Tiffany Cuiksa of New Smyrna Beach, Candice White, Cody of Las Vegas, Emily Cuiksa of Salida and Layla Cuiksa of Salida, Colorado. She is also survived by other extended family members and friends.
