He was predeceased by: his parents, Gordon Blake and Esther Blake; and his wife Sonia. He is survived by: his daughter Courtney Shea Werner (Greg) of Athens; his grandchildren, Luke, Avery and Kaden; and his friend Mike Ryan.
A memorial service will be held on Monday, December 16th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Emerald Hills Funeral Home & Memorial Park (500 Kennedale Sublett Rd, Kennedale, TX 76060).
