She was predeceased by: her parents, Lois Forrest and Marvin Forrest; her husband Tom Shelley; her granddaughter Taylor Mankins; her great grandchild Katelyn Donovan; her brother Randall Forrest (Sonny); and her stepfather Bob Homan.
She is survived by: her children, Jon Shelley (Darla) of Joshua and Joy Beth Mankins (Tim) of Joshua, Texas.; her grandchildren, Robin Donovan, Tim Donovan, Jon Shelley, Brian Shelley, Brittany Shelley, Suzy Shelley, Shelby Knight, Isaac Knight and Jayson Mankins; and her great grandchildren, Addison, Cameron, Caleb and Scarlett.
