He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Spakowski and Evelyn Spakowski; his brother Jeffrey; and his son Adam. He is survived by: his wife Kathy; and his children, Toni (Vern), Tammy (Bill), Tracy (Bill), Tanya (Jonathan), Stephanie, Jean-Mark, Jonah and Joshua. He is also survived by twenty-four grandchildren that he was very proud of, as well as forty great grandchildren and eleven great - great grandchildren.
