He is survived by: his sister Naomi Day of Springfield, Missouri; his children, Kathy Miller, Kelly McCulloch and Alan Dixon (Michelle); his grandchildren, Dixie Lupi, Sally McCulloch, Bailey Peterson, Casey Dixon and Corey Dixon; and also, Eloise, Carter and Mack.
