He was predeceased by: his parents, Willie Evan and Minnie Mae Lane (Davis); his siblings, Geneva Cunningham (Vernon), Lula Mae Rush (Lynn), Haskel Lane (Lily), Harley Lane (Alvera), Clifford Lane (Louise), Donald Lane, Truman Lane of James Lane, J. W, Pete Lane and Alfred Lane; his stepson Earl Wayne Albert; and his stepgrandson James Teague.
He is survived by: his wife Barbara of Burleson; his children, Bettye Karen Kemper (Mike), Jeff Lane (Janie), Tammy Cefaly (Paul) and Terri Garza (Ruben); his grandchildren, Jennifer Kemper La Morte (Marc), Chloe Truax (Richard), Kristina Bennett (Key), Karen Vella, Loran White (Jatarius), Will Lane (Bridget), Jordan, Jason Albert and Shane Garza; his great grandchildren, Hayden, Hunter, Hudson Truax, Emerson, Coleman Lane, Grayson and Jacob Bennett; his sister Carolyn Sue Hammer (Steve); and his sisters-in-law, Mary Lane and June Lane. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and friends.
