She is survived by: her mother Jerry Lynn Polson of Burleson; her husband Glynn Bleeker; her stepfather Bobby Wells; her daughters, Amber Lumb (Raymond) of Burleson, Shanda Hope (Dustin) of Olney and Heather Taylor of Crowley; her stepchildren, Bobby Bleeker of Burleson, James Bleeker (Brittney) of Burleson and Chelsie Allen (Chris) of Burleson; her siblings, Tammy Singleton (Milton) of Burleson, Rhonda McKay (Marty) of Whitney, Jeff Polson (April) of Cleburne, Jason Polson of Cleburne and Bradley Polson (DeeDee) of Alvarado; and her grandchildren, Matilynn, Cayson, Collin, Keen, Brayden, Peyton, Alyssa, Levi, Landon, Lawson and Kinslee. She is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, and nephews.
